Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, but only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. All other sales are final.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, with certificates attached, and in the original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• An opening video (unboxing from sealed package) is mandatory and must clearly show the issue.

To initiate a return, please email us at infovaidikurja@gmail.com If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Do not send items back without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours, along with the opening video, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for any reason other than:

• Damaged item during shipping

• Defective product

• Incorrect item received

Exchanges

If your item qualifies for return under the above conditions, and you prefer an exchange:

• Return the item as per the process above.

• Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item to ensure faster delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your orignal payment method.
